OIL

BITTO CHEESE
Bitto is Valtellina’s emblematic PDO cheese, known for its rich flavour and excellent ageing properties. Produced in Alpine pastures during the summer months, Bitto combines the centuries-old tradition of transhumance with artisanal know-how, producing a cheese that improves over the years, becoming more aromatic and complex.
PIZZOCCHERI PASTA

SCIAT

POLENTA

BRESAOLA CURED MEAT
Bresaola from Valtellina is a lean and delicate cured meat, produced exclusively with selected beef. BISCIOLA FRUIT AND NUT BREAD
